Our VIVALANG QA Model is an internal quality management system that meets the requirements of EN ISO 17100:2015 for translation service providers.
We follow a well-established project workflow that guarantees a consistently high standard of service. This process includes the careful selection of the most suitable translation tools and the assignment of highly qualified translators who present specialized experience in their respective fields. To maintain terminological consistency across all translations, we use advanced CAT tools such as Trados, SDLX, Wordfast, and MemoQ.
Our team at VIVALANG consists of elite translators from both Poland and abroad. These professionals boast extensive experience, high personal integrity, and excellent interpersonal skills. Many of our translators are graduates of prestigious institutions like the UNESCO Chair for Translation Studies and Intercultural Communication at Jagiellonian University or the European Masters in Conference Interpreting at Warsaw University. A significant number of them are also accredited by EU institutions.
